Job summary
Handle end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing quotation analysis and order placement Negotiate prices terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize value and ensure timely delivery Prepare and process purchase orders monitor deliveries and manage supplier relationships Ensure accurate and timely execution of all import documentation and regulatory compliance Collaborate with logistics warehouse and accounts teams for smooth coordination of supply chain activities Maintain accurate records of purchases delivery schedules and cost analyses Monitor control procurement budgets while ensuring qualityand timely procurement Support Procure-to-Pay P2P processes coordinatewithaccounts payable for invoice reconciliation Track supplier performance build long-term vendor relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement preferably in manufacturing trading or equipment-related industries
- Solid knowledge of international sourcing import procedures customs documentation Strong negotiation vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel ERP or procurement software experience a plus Excellent communication problem-solving organizational abilities
