    Our ProcurementManager has responsibility for planning directing and managingprocurement activities. This includes developing reviewing andapproving new or improved purchasing procedures to maintain economyand efficiency of operations approving bid proposals andspecifications and evaluating overall revisions price and pastperformance of each contract. You will be responsible for logisticsand inventory control as well as tracking costs and participatingin financial reports. day to day you will monitor projectprocurementrelated activities and performance providing strategydirection and support to team members to ensure successful deliveryof established project requirements.
    Roles& Responsibilities:

    SAFETYSECURITY & COMPLIANCE
    • Maintains the highest standards of corporate governanceensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and incompliance with Company policies and procedures relevant lawsregulations standards and industry practices
    • Responsible for being familiar with the Companys SecurityCompliance & HSE policies and takes an active role in thecompliance and improvement of the Weatherford ManagementSystem
    • Responsible for the health and safetyarrangements of all and any subordinates and any persons visitingthem while on the Company premises
    • Demonstrates effective safety leadership at all times to enhancethe Companys commitment to safety performance
    QUALITY
    • Responsible for being familiar with theCompanys Quality policies and taking an active role in thecompliance and improvement of the Weatherford ManagementSystem
    • Maintains service quality as animmediate priority when working across all areas of thebusiness
    OPERATIONS
    • Supportsand contributes to the development implementation and execution ofprocurement processes in support of procurement function andbusiness objectives
    • Manages and coordinatesmaterials requirements and sourcing through MRP using the JDEdwards business solution;
    • Drive balancebetween supply and demand to maintain optimal inventorylevels.
    • Directs and coordinates allpurchasing activities in support of the master production scheduleutilizing best practices and strategic sourcingtechniques;
    • Ensures the health of the supplychain in terms of existing suppliers with a reliable track recordfor quality and ontime delivery;
    • Maintain MRPmessages to ensure optimal inventory levels;
    • Directs and coordinates expediting of procured material;
    • Establish and manage KPIs to ensure 95% ontime deliveryof purchased material and components;
    • Knowsand understands the Weatherford Quality Policy and complies withall requirements of the Quality Systems Manual Operating andTechnical Procedures and Work Place Instructions;
    • With assistance from HR: recruits hires trains staffevaluates employee performance and recommends or initiatespromotions transfers and disciplinary action;
    • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and companypolicies/trade compliance; Perform various other duties andactivities as assigned within the physical constraints of thejob.
    COMMUNICATION
    • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders bothinternal and where appropriate external
    • Theprimary interface for all inventory logistics and procurementissues to meet production schedules and customerrequirements
    FINANCIAL
    • Allemployees have an accountability to the organization to befinancially responsible whether they oversee a functioning budgetor simply their expenses
    • Costs incurredshould be within the approved budget and processed within agreedtime frames and following the relevant financial policy andprocedure
    PEOPLE& DEVELOPMENT
    • Responsible for developing their careers within the Companyincluding completing all necessary function training to enhancetheir skills and experience
    • Responsible forensuring resources are aligned and coherent with activity levelsactivity mix and countryspecific needs in manufacturing.
    • Responsible for completing all assigned Compliance& Company Standards training
    • Responsible for engaging with their line manager to discuss theirpersonal performance objectives and opportunities to enhance theirskills and experience to support their career potential
    • Responsible for actively engaging their employees tosupport talent management through Weatherfords performancemanagement & coaching tools and processes including but notlimited to talent assessments and succession planning
    • Responsible for driving strategies for the recruitment& retention of key personnel & to foster anenvironment that enables the Company to attract & retain aperforming talented workforce
    VISION & LEADERSHIP
    • Led and facilitated crossfunctional teams insupport of strategic initiatives both within the supply chainorganization and across Geozones and Manufacturing
    • Identify process problems and concerns and makerecommendations for innovative solutions and corrective actions toachieve desirable results helping the company better manage thecost of supplies and supplier services.
    Qualifications:
    Experience & Education

    REQUIRED
    • Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Business Engineering Manufacturing or relateddiscipline
    • Minimum 57 years of experience inprocurement general/strategic sourcing supply chainmanagement/analysis or similar experience
    PREFERRED
    • SupplyChain Management certification
    • Oil &Gas industry supply chain experience
    • MBA inBusiness Administration degree
    Knowledge Skills & Abilities
    REQUIRED
    • Strong leadership skillsincluding leading projects with broad scope and impact outside ofdepartment
    • Excellent knowledge of supplychain processes
    • Strong problem solvingnegotiating solutions orientation and presentationskills
    • Capable of analyzing and solvingcomplex problems through innovative thought
    • APICS certified CPIM
    PREFERRED
    • Excellentnegotiation skills and contract management
    • Strong product or market knowledge
