    • Responsible for project managementand delivery, process improvement, delivering successful businessresults, and developing broad base strategies for a diverse set ofclients.
    • You will be responsible foridentifying and developing new client opportunities to adviseclients on transformational change and building organizationalcapabilities, bringing a deep functional knowledge expertise andunderstanding of new and best practices to every client situation,across various functions, including Procurement while ensuring thehighest quality client work.
    • Facilitateworkshops to assess the client as-is and to-beprocesses.
    • Apply BPMN/EPC as a modellingnotation either for implementation purposes or to capture processeswithin a BPM center of excellence.
    • managingproject delivery by using suitable project management methodologiesto keep track of budget, scope, deliverables, project statusreporting
    • Analysing and outlining businessprocess improvements. Coordinating business process improvementstrategies with client stakeholders
    • Leadanalysis design and implementation of business performanceapproaches, helping to develop tailor-made solutions and workingclosely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainableresults.
    • Develop multiple analytical andmethods approaches for a wide range of client problems in asystematic and structured manner with ability to translate clientideas, process and issues into clear frameworks andvisuals.
    • Provide process mapping andvisualization for processes.
    • Develop policy andprocedures, risks & controls, KPIs and SLAs for functions,including but not limited to Procurement, Supply Chain, etc., forprivate and public sector companies.
    • Developstrong working relationships with client (process owner/functionalheads)
    • Ability to develop agile operatingmodels, positional structures and relevant manuals with frameworksfor organizations across variousfunctions.
    • Support superiors in managing theengagement budgets and in developing marketing collaterals,business proposals and new solution / methodologydevelopment
