- Design and engineer highperformance facade systems considering structural integrity thermal performance material specification and sustainability.
- Use software tools for structural analysis thermal modeling and facade design.
- Collaborate with architects structural engineers and project managers to integrate facade solutions into overall building design.
- Prepare technical drawings specifications and construction documents.
- Conduct site inspections and facade condition assessments.
- Provide technical guidance during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade engineering and sustainability.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in facade design and engineering.
- Proficiency in facade engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD Rhino Revit ANSYS).
- Strong understanding of building physics materials science and structural mechanics.
- Experience with sustainable building practices and certifications (e.g. LEED BREEAM).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
