Call Center Agent - Real Estate Market (Dubai)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.

As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in representing our agency and providing exceptional customer service to clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties in the thriving Dubai real estate market.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Professionally handle incoming calls from clients, promptly addressing their inquiries, providing property information, and offering guidance on real estate processes in Dubai.

Property Information: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the current real estate market trends, property availability, pricing, and legal procedures to offer accurate information to clients.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings for property viewings, coordinating between clients and real estate agents to ensure seamless experiences.

Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated from various sources, nurture potential clients, and guide them through the decision-making process.

Database Management: Document and update client interactions and details accurately in the CRM system to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration within the team.

Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism and a client-centric approach, escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market, including new property listings, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and conversion rates.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar customerfacing sector.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market trends, regulations, and property types.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay:
AED4, AED6,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
