Job summary
The Treasury Accountant is responsible for managing and monitoring the company's cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury operations within the Property Management division. The role ensures efficient utilization of funds , accurate financial recording , timely execution of payments , and compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or Commerce (Professional certifications such as CPA , ACCA , CMA , or CTP are an advantage)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or accounts payable functions, preferably within property,, facilities,, or construction industries
