    Job Description:

    Invoicing: Prepare invoices for the Service department to close WIP files, record sales and charge customers accordingly.

    • Variations & Deviations: Review labour rates aligned with Principal's standards and investigate variations/deviations from standard.
    • Work In Progress (WIP): Ensure job cards are filled accurately, backup documents obtained before closing.
    • Compliance: Review invoices signed-off by front line staff before submission to cashier to maintain accuracy
