- Create, revise and update QualityPlans, Routers and ITP (Inspection Test Plans) asneeded.
- Print drawings, procedures and compilework pack as needed.
- Schedule meetings in orderto release new work orders to the repairshop.
- Ensure that projects are completed ontime and within planned costs.
- Provide input toScheduler for Manufacturing build plan.
- Updateand revise routers and ERP System in order to be in Compliance withapplicable procedures and policies.
- Enter andupdate BOM (Bill of Materials) and submit picktickets.
- Maintain communication with CustomerRepair Representative for project updates.
- KeepScheduler aware of applicable changes that would affect leadtime.
- Support communication with vendors,suppliers and IVB as needed.
- Update TrackingSystem.
- Submit purchase requisition for outsideservices.
- Monitor status of production andpurchase requisitions.
- Coordinate ITP(Inspection Test Plans) and Quality Plan with all applicable NOVparties.
- Coordinate with Engineering asrequired.
- Support PIB CheckingProcess
- Collect Documentation for the DataBook/ final documentation creationprocess.
- Review the project billing of allcompleted work orders and submit paperwork for billing asappropriate.
- Pursue continuous improvement inoperations.
- Approve, release and monitor statusof production and purchaserequisitions.
- Regularly update work order duedates based on fluctuations in in-house capacity and the deliveryschedules from vendors. Communicate with and expedite InternalDepartments and Vendors.
- Perform otherwork-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with allNOV Company and HSE policies andprocedures.
