    Description
    We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technician who specialises working on projects from concept through to completion on high -end, award winning and technically demanding projects. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/div>
    <\/span><\/div> High -caliber individuals are required who have strong technical detailing skills that can be responsible for maintaining company standards as well as producing and overseeing construction drawings on complex large -scale projects. <\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>You will be required to work as part of a team to review and deliver full drawing packages on residential, hotel, commercial, mixed -use and leisure projects.<\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>Day to day duties will include:<\/span>
    <\/span> - Managing and overseeing the Project Architects. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div> - Coordinate and chair meetings with the sub consultants. <\/span>
    <\/span> - Produce regular project report updates.Ensure project deadlines are met.<\/span>
    <\/span> - Liaise with local authorities.<\/span>
    <\/span> - Liaise with sub consultants, consultants, contractors and suppliers.<\/span>
    <\/span> - Assist the team with project management.<\/span>
    <\/span> - Review and amend all Project Architects drawings. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelors in Architecture<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 5 years experience​<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent AutoCAD, MS Project and Revit skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Has the gravitas to work across multiple sectors on multiple projects simultaneously. <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Must be able to demonstrate previous experience maintaining company technical standards<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • MCIAT or TCIAT qualification would be very beneficial<\/span><\/span>
