Odoo, one of the fastest growing IT companies in Belgium (see our awards), is looking for a dynamic person to join the Odoo family


In this role, you will be in contact with all the managers of the company to understand their need, set the interviews, and get their feedbacks.

You will work independently but never alone. It means that you must be flexible and self confident to take initiatives and responsibilities.


Must have:


  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
years of relevant experience in recruitment

  • Motivated, disciplined and fun
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Willing to open doors and
create new contacts


Responsibilities:


  • Develop the talents pipeline
  • Build and implement strategies to be more present on the recruitment market
  • Manage the whole recruitment cycle
  • Attend professional events (job fairs, company's presentation, network events,...)

Nice to have:


  • Available immediately
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR Best Practices
  • Able to speak fluent Arabic
