- Client Delivery andDevelopment
- Manage project andclient teams to solve complex business issues in one of our threecore capability areas, bringing structure and rigorous quantitativeand qualitative skills to deliver actionable recommendations,insights and results
- Day-to-daymanagement of projects / large workstreams with minimum supervisionto identify value creation opportunities for our clients, helpingdrive the project to a successful outcome
- Review, lead and develop analysis required tosupport project delivery
- Lead andconduct client interviews and workshops, develop presentationmaterials and engage in client conversations, articulating approachand recommendations
- Work on topicsincluding strategy development, Go to market / GTM, InvestmentOptimization, Growth Strategy, capability set-up, operating modeldesign, process design and support analytics development andimplementation
- Develop and sustainsenior executive client relationships by remaining highly attunedto client needs and styles, and remaining market relevant throughthe development of thought leadership pieces and takingfresh/disruptive ideas to clients
- Develop and manage project teams, coaching,mentoring and supporting analysts and consultants in building andenhancing their core consulting skillsets
