Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic product initiatives and innovation
- Create product roadmaps and define product goals and requirements
- Design product features based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Develop user stories and user experience flows
- Manage product launches and ensure product success
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and partners
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Identify and respond to competitive threats
- Develop customer case studies and customer success stories
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in launching banking products
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
- Understanding of usercentered design principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
