We are looking for a highly motivated, persuasive, and experienced Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching our real estate properties to potential clients, and effectively closing sales.

Your excellent communication skills and passion for real estate will be essential in reaching our company's sales goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads and potential buyers.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our real estate offerings.
  • Understand clients' needs, tailor properties according to their preferences, and guide them through the buying process.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals.
  • Keep record of calls and sales, and maintain a detailed client database.
  • Handle client objections, negotiate deals, and finalize sales contracts.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Proficient in managing the sales process and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
