Now we are looking for a In-House Lawyer to be based in Dubai, UAE.

If you have a Law Degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in UAE.

Your strengths are construction contract law, business and corporate law. You are good knowing in the international construction industry.

You have strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills and you're ready to multitask, meet deadlines, being productive even under pressure.

Requirements:

Accommodation in the UAE;
Experience as a Lawyer not less than 5 years;
Knowledge of the land, labor, administrative, procedural and arbitration law within the laws of the UAE;
Liaising with various governmental departments in Dubai (RERA, DLD, DIAC);
Experience in drafting document processes (joint venture agreements +);
Experience in contract work;

- ready-made working cases for removing disputes in a long-term JV relationship;

English and Russian fluent.

Responsibilities:

Creating and preparation of contracts according to various requests and criteria of the department;
Coordination of all types contracts (construction contract, supply, provision of services, purchase and sale (including legal entities, land plots, buildings, etc.), loan, mortgage agreements, investment contracts, cession, provision of services, agency agreements, etc.;
Legal support of the activities of a group of companies when attracting funds from participants in shared construction;
Legal support of the sales department and the customer service department on all emerging issues;
Legal support for the acquisition of legal entities of all organizational and legal forms;
Claim work, including termination of contracts (contractors, tenants, performers, etc.);
Protect the company against legal risks and violations;
Interaction with the governmental departments;
Preparation of legal conclusions, analytical and informational reports;
Search, analysis and informing the company's management about legislation changes on the mentioned above points.
