Duncan & Ross Management Consultancies is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the company's new construction projects. As the senior architect, you will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs. You should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of CAD software

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing and Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
• Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Establishing project goals.
• Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
• Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
  
• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Senior Architect/Detailer with strength in detail design
• Preference to have experience in commercial buildings/fit out and existing buildings design
• Can do coordination works as a lead architect
