Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the ecommerce P&L and profitability.
  • Drive ecommerce sales performance.
  • Analyse new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the global and local landscape.
  • Implement ecommerce strategic and tactical programs.
  • Manage & execute digital and ecommerce campaigns with media agency support.
  • Establish and maintain industry benchmarks and KPIs for the Conversion funnel.
  • Analyze the past performance of collections, categories, and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain a digital marketing calendar, create campaigns to deliver strategic plans, and business objectives, and improve KPIs.
  • Owns the performance marketing framework, and leads the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across all digital marketing channels.
  • Establish and manage relationships with other etailers to increase distribution.
  • Manage the website's merchandising.
  • Revise order fulfillment policies and procedures.
  • Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee CRM Lifecycle implementation, development, and management, working closely with the Holding CRM team to drive Lifetime Value and Database growth.
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Measure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Provides management & marketing team visibility into datadriven insights that inform the business's strategic direction and KPIs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to provide insights on competition practices and formulate recommendations to improve the company's online presence and showcase its competitive advantages.
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:


  • Experience in developing and overseeing Ecommerce and CRM strategies.
  • Experience in building and developing a team.
  • Experience in CRM
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge and passion for directtoconsumer eCommerce business practices and operations. Digital UI/UX enhancements experience a plus.
  • Advanced understanding and utilization of digital platforms are required, including Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and actioning data into consumercentric action plans
  • Understand the basics of digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fastchanging eComm environment.
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project resources.
  • Ability to work with a team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in business management with a focus on marketing/sales and several years of experience in online business.
  • 8 years+ of ecommerce experience in consumer goods, ideally beauty related, such as skincare, body care, cosmetics, and hair.
  • 2 years' experience in managing teams.
  • Arabic is a plus.
