Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banking partners and NBFIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives.
Leverage extensive experience in the VASPs/TradFi market to identify trends, potential partners, and innovative opportunities.
Identify and evaluate potential banking partners in the traditional banking to expand and enhance our payment services.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Ensure that banking partnerships adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
Collaborate with product development teams to seamlessly integrate banking services into our payment solutions.
Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of banking partnerships, providing regular reports and insights.
Identify opportunities for optimization and growth within existing partnerships.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

Competencies

4+ years of experience in banking relationship management, with an additional 4+ years as either FP&S, Finance Manager, Finance Controller etc. within the fintech or financial services industry.
Indepth knowledge of both traditional banking operations and crypto market dynamics.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with fintech platforms, digital payment technologies, and cryptorelated services.
ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred.
