Description
Processing daily business transactions - petty cash, bank, sales, purchase, journal vouchers.- Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices.
- Keeping financial records uptodate.
- Checking invoices for payment and processing.
- Monitoring vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions.
- Preparing and distributing employee cheques.
- Posting customer cheques, vendor payments.
- Preparing weekly petty cash and bank reports and reconciliation.
- Month end closing accounting for depreciation, amortization, accruals and provisions.
- Analyzing and reconciling general ledger balances.
- Preparing monthly/ quarterly accounts receivable, accounts payable, P&L and Balance Sheet for management.
- Quarterly allocation of overheads to Jobs and preparation of job wise profitability report.
- Make bestpractices recommendations to management.
- Admin and HR responsibilities.
Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- accounting: 5 years (preferred)
