We are a 18+ year old Sign, Graphics and Display Solution Company with offices in Dubai and Florida.

We are urgently looking for a dynamic
Storekeeper, highly motivated & Energetic individual, having passion for bright career and growth to be a part of our growing team.


Job Qualifications:


  • Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Interior Fitout, Joinery, Signages
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Delegation and time management skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities:


  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
  • Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
  • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
  • Keep uptodate records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom and inventory control.
  • Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
  • Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
