Description

Our client is a Financial Service provider with professional expertise in delivering multi-jurisdictional investment and asset protection solutions.

They are looking for a Finance Associate for their team in Dubai on a short term contract of 3 months starting immediately.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in UAE in a similar role
Should have a Family Sponsorship and can join immediately

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor Statement of Accounts, payments, invoices related to each client financials
Proactively collecting debts from company debtors, ensuring to collect over and above the credit days debtors on timely manner.
Keeping and filing of invoices copies to maintain proper records for clients
Support team in conversations with clients regarding payment plans and terms
Maintain clients master sheet and continuously updating contact details, payment status and client feedback
Coordinating with the team for any cheque or payment collection and allocation
Record daily collection updates and issue reports to support HOCS in debt management
Assist HOCS with weekly forecast and reporting
