JOB PURPOSE:


We are seeking customer-oriented individuals with a strong track record of success in sales to join our company as Customer Engagement and Customer Value Specialists.

As a team supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team who is managing our relationship with customers and enhancing our overall customer experience.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Goal setting for the team
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals
  • Keep track of progress in terms of KPIs
  • Maintain the high standard of servicing
  • Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
  • Educating clients about various insurance policies
  • Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
  • Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them toward the best coverage

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field. (MBA is a plus)
  • 5 8 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with managing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to manage a team of 10 members
