- Liaising with engineering andproject management teams to ensure that the project design isaccurate before work commences.
- Ordering andscheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for theproject.
- Acting as the main point ofcommunication between the main field and theoffice.
- Managing the work schedules and timecards for all field staff.
- Providing leadershipto on-site staff, sub-contractors, and otherparties.
- Investigating and resolving customercomplaints.
- Ensuring that safety policies arestrictly adhered to.
- Reviewing project progressto ensure that deadlines are met.
