,Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in building the global marketing plans/calendars in close cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager in line with key brand objectives.
Lead on communicating all global marketing updates to wider team & updating key global marketing material.
Work crossfunctionally with global and local teams on building and executing plans; product development, product marketing, social, creative, ecom, paid, influencer, PR, legal, customer service & supply chain.
Coordinate with paid, social and influencer agencies.
Have good relationship with all our clients, have a scheduled visit regularly & update the status to Senior Marketing Manager daily.
Support social team on content planning, creation, execution, and community management.
Support the integrated marketing teams with ideation and execution of activations related to influencer, PR & events.
Keep on top of social/skincare trends and proactively share with wider team.
Compile regular monthly reports on competitor/Wishful brand activity and performance vs plan

Requirements:

12 years' work experience in Marketing or Social
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
Social Media Experience & Medical experience is a must
Assertiveness, team player, resourceful, creative, fast/eager learner, multitasker, organized, agile and flexible
High comfort level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
