The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing HR and Mobility operations within their assigned region.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignmentProvide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance workforce management and capacity planningMonitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRsOverseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions including negotiation of job offers.
