- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws andregulations
- Familiarity with road safetytechniques and defensive driving
- Ability toremain calm and composed in stressfulsituations
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Punctuality andreliability, with a strong sense ofresponsibility
- Flexibility to work evenings andweekends as needed
