Requirements:
Project Planning and Execution:

Team Leadership:
- Build and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and motivation to team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during projects.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement risk management practices to minimize project disruptions.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Control project costs and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Generate regular progress reports for management and clients.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the project teams.
Benefits
Package:
The compensation package for this position ranges from AED 18,000 to AED 22,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
