    Description

    Job Summary:

    The Sales Coordinator is responsible for sales of marine and ocean bottom node seismic services in assigned countries in accordance with the PXGEO procedures and instructions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Presenting PXGEO to, and building relationships with its clients in targeted countries across the region
    • Assist the Head of Sales - Middle East and Asia Pacific and Head of Marketing in developing Account Plan and strategy for continued presence and for entering new markets in targeted countries.
    • Developing bid tactics in targeted countries.
    • Managing relevant client/country prequalification status.
    • Gathering and monitoring of market and competitor intelligence
    • Support the Commercial Team on preparation of and submission of PXGEO responses to client call for tenders and budgetary requests.
    • Coordinating the internal price review and approval and submission of tenders and proposals for the assigned region prior to submission.
    • Conducting post-project calibrations of actual revenue against tender models and documenting lessons learned.
    • Engaging operations for pre-survey planning to optimize efficient delivery of projects.
    • Assisting with contract negotiations and approving all contractual exceptions considering the PXGEO's interest.
    • Frequent domestic and international travel, often at short notice
    • Ensuring that the PXGEO's Management System is implemented, adhered to, measured and improved by all regional employees and related regional activities.
    • Actively supporting any strategic partnerships by engaging with associated regional contacts and tapping into regional networks.
    • Providing regional content, input and insights to annual marketing plans and contributing to ongoing regional and global initiatives and events.
    • Fulfill their assigned responsibilities as part of the Emergency Response team in line with the Emergency Response Plan and duty list as required.

    Requirements

    • Recent formal education to degree level preferably in geo-technical or geophysical discipline with associated holiday work placements and remote fieldwork
    • Advantage to have knowledge of marine seismic acquisition and data processing technology and technique.
    • Show dynamic engagement and capable of communicating professionally internally and externally.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Competence in spoken and written English.
    • Competence in spoken and written Malay is preferred.
    • Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates
    • Excellent organizational skills and initiative with an attention for detail
