B2B Sales Manager – Recruitment & Staffing | Dubai, UAE

About the Role

Business Umbrella is a leading recruitment and staffing firm operating across the GCC region. We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our client acquisition and business development efforts across the UAE and wider GCC market. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue through the sale of recruitment and staffing solutions to corporates.

Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across key sectors including Construction, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, and Government

• Develop and execute a structured B2B sales strategy to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking events, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to C-suite stakeholders, HR Directors, and Hiring Managers on Business Umbrella's recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing solutions

• Negotiate and close commercial agreements including retained search, contingency, and RPO contracts

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing and handover to delivery teams

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service excellence

• Track and report on KPIs, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance using CRM tools

• Represent Business Umbrella at industry events, expos, and networking forums across the UAE

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategy

• Meet and exceed monthly BD targets: new client meetings, proposals submitted, and revenue billed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry

• Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets in a UAE/GCC market

• Strong network of HR, procurement, and C-suite contacts across UAE industries

• Excellent understanding of recruitment commercial models: contingency, retained, RPO, and contract staffing

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
