Responsibilities

Asa Permanent Continuous Improvement Manager - Industrial Engineer,you will be responsible for the following

• Leading and managing continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency,productivity, and overall businessperformance.
• Analyzing operational processes,identifying bottlenecks, and developing effective solutions toeliminate inefficiencies and reducewaste.
• Implementing lean manufacturingprinciples and other industrial engineering methodologies toimprove operational performance.
• Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to understand operational challengesand develop strategic improvementplans.
• Conducting training sessions to educateteam members about continuous improvement strategies andtechniques.
• Monitoring and reporting on theeffectiveness of implemented improvement initiatives, makingnecessary adjustments to ensure maximumbenefits.
• Participating in the development andexecution of strategic plans to achieve businessobjectives.
• Ensuring compliance with industrystandards and regulations.
• Providing technicalguidance and support to team members as needed.
  

Qualifications

Theideal candidate for the Permanent Continuous Improvement Manager -Industrial Engineer position should possess thefollowing

• ABachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a relatedfield.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in anindustrial engineering role within the manufacturingindustry.
• Proven experience in leading andmanaging continuous improvementinitiatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MIP(Manufacturing Improvement Process) orequivalent.
• Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifyinginefficiencies and developing effectivesolutions.
• Strong knowledge of leanmanufacturing principles and other industrial engineeringmethodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadershipskills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members toachieve their best.
• Proficiency in usingcomputer software and applications relevant to the role, such asCAD (Computer-Aided Design) and MS OfficeSuite.
• A results-driven mindset, with a strongcommitment to continuous learning andimprovement.
