Job summary
We are seeking a Jr. Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting and optimize inventory levels in our foodservice operations.This role involves balancing market demand with sales projections and supplier availability to ensure freshness and customer satisfaction across the company's HORECA customers (hotels, restaurants).
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills using Excel or ERP tools for modeling demand variability and supplier lead times.
Tight collaboration is required with procurement to align supply plans with demand signals.
