    • Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC solutions for the customer s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.
    • Identify and position a unique value proposition directly with an owner.
    • Utilize Account Management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
    • Approach new prospects and identify business opportunities through cold calls.
    • Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to identify energy saving opportunities.
    • Understand and present value of energy and operational savings and basic financial sales understanding.
