    Description
    • Lead the identification,evaluation, and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks, includingstrategic, operational, financial, and compliancerisks.
    • Collaborate with department heads andbusiness units to assess risks associated with specific activitiesand initiatives.
    • Develop and implement riskmitigation strategies and action plans to address identifiedrisks.
    • Work closely with senior management toalign risk management efforts with the companys strategicobjectives.
    • Establish and maintain an effectiveenterprise risk management framework, policies, andprocedures.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements related to risk management andreporting.
    • Prepare and present regular riskreports to senior management and the board ofdirectors.
    • Facilitate open communicationchannels for reporting and discussing risk-related concerns andissues.
    • Develop and maintain businesscontinuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the companysability to respond to unexpecteddisruptions.
    • Conduct periodic testing andexercises to validate the effectiveness of theseplans.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws,regulations, and industry standards related to riskmanagement.
    • Recommend improvements to companypolicy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls sothat all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilledwhile delivering a quality, cost-effective service tocustomers.
    • Prepare MIS statements and reportspertaining to departmental needs to meet UPP's and thedepartmental requirements, policies, and standards.

    Requirements

    Tobe considered, you need to meet the followingrequirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in riskmanagement, Finance, Business, or a related field (Masters degreepreferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience inenterprise risk management or a relatedrole.
    • Strong communicationskills
    • Strong knowledge of risk managementprinciples, methodologies, and bestpractices.
    • Familiarity with regulatoryrequirements and compliance related to riskmanagement.
    • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communicationskills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively acrossdepartments and influencestakeholders.
    • Certification in risk management(e.g., CRM, FRM, or ARM) is a plus.
    • Experiencein the printing and publishing industry or related sectors isadvantageous.
