Role: Sr.Salesforce Salescloud Functional Consultant (support andenhancement): Total Salesforce Experience: 68Yrs.

• 68 years of Salesforce FunctionalExperience in Sales or Service Cloud.
  
• Experience in a Large /Medium Real Estate firm (for ex:DAMAC Dubai Properties ALDAR MAG SHOBHA etc. ).
  
• Must have 23 years of exp. In supportingreal estate business as a single point of contact for salesforcerelated issues/enhancements/projects.

Skills:

Mandatory:

• Ability to interact directly with customer and handle project frominception to conclusion independently.
• Extensive experience in facing customerdirectly on daytoday basis.
• Must beable to steer weekly status update calls with business.
• Must be able to own DaytoDay operationalissues related to process and product.
• Ability to manage assigned technical resourcesfor projects and support.
• Strongunderstanding of Salesforce Salescloud architecture its benefitsand limitations.
• Extensive ProductKnowledge of Sales Cloud and its integration with 3rd partysystems. Mainly Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent experience in Salesforceadministration (Managing the Users Roles Profiles OWD Sharing rulesSandbox creation and Refresh Creating Managed / Unmanaged packageslayouts etc.).
• SalesforceCustomizations knowledge through flows process builderetc.

AdditionalRequirements:

• Working experience in real estate industry is a hugeplus.
• Ability to definearchitecture options and recommendations by analyzing and reviewingfunctional specifications
• DataMigration tools like Data Loader Import Wizard
• Experience with Draw loop and DocuSign is ahuge plus.
• Good understanding ofAutomation techniques Agile working methodologies ContinuousIntegration

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Be integral part of endtoend project lifecycle.
• Provide L1 L2 and L3 supportto business in fast paced environment.
• Work as SPOC for SalesCloud (SalesFunction).
• Work closely withTechnical team for System enhancements.
• Creating and maintaining complete functionaldocumentation.
• Participate inmaking key solution and design decisions on solutions &approach.
• Conducting SITs UATs withbusiness.
• Logging work hours andwork hour utilization using JIRA
• Design integrations between Salesforce and other applications andget them developed by tech team.
• Work closely with subject matter experts developers testers andbusiness partners.
