Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bike Driver with his own bike to join our team at B Safe Safety & Security Consultancy.

As a Bike Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to our clients and customers within designated areas.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a positive company image through exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform pretrip inspections of the bike to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  • Safely and responsibly operate the bike to deliver goods to specified locations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle and load goods onto the bike in a secure manner to prevent damage during transit.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers courteously and professionally upon delivery.
  • Collect payments from customers, if required, and issue receipts.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle issues to management immediately.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel consumption.

Requirements:


  • Valid motorcycle UAE driving license.
  • Own bike.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in delivery or courier services.
  • Knowledge of basic bike maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation devices.

License/Certification:

  • Valid UAE driving license (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
