- Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
- Developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
- Creating strong talent pipelines for company's current and future hiring needs
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determining selection criteria
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using their in house Applicant Tracking System
- Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Leading employer branding initiatives
- Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With minimum 5 years of total Recruitment experience in an In-House and fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge in reporting using various tools
- Experienced in job review/analysis
- Willing to be based in Ajman
