Below are few important points to make a note:


  • Clear all Open bank reconciliation items & subsidiary companies.
  • Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
  • Circulate open bank item to be the stakeholders on weekly basis & assist in the timely closure.
  • Review aged balances and communicate to the respective departments.
  • Initiate any process improvement & automation for bank reconciliation process.
