    Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive.

    This role involves maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting initial meetings with prospects to understand their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.


    A Day in the LifeMaintain Healthy Sales Pipeline:


    Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and other lead-generation techniquesTake initial meetings with the prospect, to discover their needs, challenges, and key opportunitiesCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maintain a healthy sales pipelineIncrease brand awareness by representing Innovaccer at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.

    Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings Client


    Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partnersEducate potential clients on the benefits of Innovaccer solutionsConduct discovery/assessments to understand client needs and work with GS to solutions accordingly


    Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    Stay updated on Innovaccer products, industry trends, and market demands.
    Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing the value of Innovaccer solutionsCustomize proposals based on client requirements and present proposals effectively


    Sales Reporting:


    Work with the Inside sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in SalesforceProvide regular sales reports to Sales leadership, detailing progress toward goals and areas for improvement.

    What You Need


    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field1-3 years of professional experience including experience in managementConsulting/Sales/Go-To-Market in technology/ software/SAAS companyAbility to prioritize, structure, and solve problemsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English and Arabic
