Description
:- Working on the Helpdesk portal to resolve customer tickets within strict SLAs
- Provide On-Site & Off-Site Technical & Functional Support
- Analyse tickets and put the correct plan of action in motion
- Work closely with other SPAN SCS teams (implementation, product development and sales), customer IT and business teams and 3rd party organizations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work as part of a project team on various ongoing implementations
- Document & execute QA test scenarios
- Provide regular trainings to customers
- Perform On-Site & Remote system demos
- Recognize commercial opportunities and share ideas about project and product improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management Information systems or Computer Engineer / Computer Science
- 12 years of relevant work experience
- English proficiency is a must
- Good general IT knowledge
- Prior experience with business software is preferred
- Good knowledge in SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with orientation to detail
- Reliable, motivated, wellorganized, goal getter
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ambitious fast learner with the ability to work autonomously
- Result driven and customer oriented
- Inquisitive mind, curious, creative, and enthusiastic about sharing your ideas and knowledge
