:


  • Working on the Helpdesk portal to resolve customer tickets within strict SLAs
  • Provide On-Site & Off-Site Technical & Functional Support
  • Analyse tickets and put the correct plan of action in motion
  • Work closely with other SPAN SCS teams (implementation, product development and sales), customer IT and business teams and 3rd party organizations to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Work as part of a project team on various ongoing implementations
  • Document & execute QA test scenarios
  • Provide regular trainings to customers
  • Perform On-Site & Remote system demos
  • Recognize commercial opportunities and share ideas about project and product improvement

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management Information systems or Computer Engineer / Computer Science
  • 12 years of relevant work experience
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Good general IT knowledge
  • Prior experience with business software is preferred
  • Good knowledge in SQL
