Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips and meetings, ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents, both in physical and electronic formats.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available in advance.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports on various topics as assigned by the executive.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Handle adhoc administrative tasks and projects as required to support the executive team and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or administrative professional.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
