    Maintain safety culture and ensure Company HSE plan is implementedThe safety officer is responsible to do the site inspection and prepare the report.

    Check the work permits.
    Induct the new labors.

    Take the necessary measurement and using of safety devices like gas monitoring, heat stress tracker and noise all accident / incident.

    Induce the safety culture in workers and Staff.

    Stop unsafe activityEscalate the safety violations and non-compliancesEnsure safety plan implementation on siteProfile / RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience as HSE OfficerRail experience is mandatory (not power or oil & gas) on two different projects minimum.

    But not for construction /civil companies.
    With strong personality, able to speak out when they think there is an HSE issue.
