About the role


We are looking for an Events Coordinator, MENA region to collaboratively support the delivery of events that promote Cambridge offerings in the areas of sales, training, or schools support.

You will be part of a team whose role is to develop business for Cambridge International in MENA.

The role encompasses the implementation of events for the region, in line with global marketing and regional schools' development objectives and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager for Mena.


This role include:


  • Support the delivery of events that promote Cambridge products and services, in the areas of sales, marketing, training, or schools support.
  • Deliver regional communications that highlight our products/services/news with compelling content that's relevant to our audiences.
  • Support with the delivery of bespoke campaigns that promote resources from the Press side, and updates and offerings from the Assessment side.
  • Routinely create a system of saving important material after each event such as photos and attendees' list.
  • Share complete closing reports of each event with learnings and best practices, as well as recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing collateral stock levels for the UAE office and other colleagues across the region.
  • Monitor spending and payments by continuously updating the spending tracker.

About you
You ideally have a university qualification in marketing, communications, or any other related field, or the equivalent experience.

You are a strategic thinker with the ability to turn strategy into action and to organise, prioritise and plan various marketing activities on a large scale.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail and calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in marketing planning and allocating spend for best results
  • Experience working in a crosschannel marketing team and delivering events
  • Ability to work well with Senior Managers
