    Scope and Purpose:
    • We are seeking a proactive, structured, and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support our employees and leaders in Algeria.
    • This hybrid role combines strategic and operational HRBP responsibilities with preparatory payroll tasks and partial involvement in recruitment processes.
    • You will collaborate closely with local management, international HR teams, and external payroll providers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, improving HR processes, and shaping a positive employee experience.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
    • Advise on labor law, employee relations, organizational changes, and HR policies.
    • Support talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives.
    • Promote HR compliance and drive effective implementation of HR programs.
    • Preparatory Payroll
    • Collect, validate, and prepare all payroll-relevant data.
    • Act as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
    • Support audits, reporting, and documentation processes.
    • Support end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
    • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Cooperate closely with international Talent Acquisition teams.
    Requirements:
    • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Several years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
    • Experience with preparatory payroll is a strong advantage.
    • Knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR processes is beneficial.
    • Excellent English skills (mandatory) and strong communication abilities in French and/or Arabic.
    • High level of ownership, reliability, and a hands‑on mindset.
    • Ability to work in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.
