Position Summary

Key Objectives:

The role of the BPO is to assist in identifying, sourcing, preparing, and visualizing data, making it comprehensible for our executives.

This facilitates them in gaining relevant insights and drawing conclusions, ultimately leading to impactful and actionable decision.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Position Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain data dashboards for project management, sales, marketing and providing performance and trend data in a meaningful actionable way
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and MENA subsidiary to offer support in updating the progress of B2B projects and sales performance
  • Accountable for endtoend business analytics, encompassing data identification, sourcing, collection, analysis, and visualization
  • Analyze extensive datasets, identify trends, and address problematic areas, presenting the results in a comprehensible format through reports in PPT or Word
  • Regular B2B business operations involve overseeing sales reports, managing pipeline reports, and maintain consistent communication with the subsidiary to keep major projects updated
  • Examine complex business problems and issues utilizing both internal and external data
  • Handle operational tasks as requested by Korean Branch Manager and Head of the department
Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential skills and experience:
  • Ability to visualize highly complex mathematical analytics and trends in understandable charts or infographics
  • Proficient in various platforms, tools, and methodologies for reporting in the realms of data management and advanced analytics, including GFK, IDC, and other institutes
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
  • Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)
  • 5+ years of experience in this role (such as product management etc.)
  • Bachelor degree or postgraduate degree preferably in Marketing or Business administration
  • Fluent in English
