    Description

    Wir suchen eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit (m/w/d), die unsere Social‑Media‑Inhalte mit Klarheit, Organisation und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch betreut. Als Content Manager/-in bist du für die Planung, Kontrolle und Umsetzung unserer Inhalte auf allen relevanten Kanälen verantwortlich – mit klaren Abläufen und einem effizienten Tagesplan.

    Dein Aufgabenbereich
    • Redaktionsplanung: Du koordinierst die kanalübergreifende Content‑Planung (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) und sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte termingerecht und im Einklang mit unseren Standards veröffentlicht werden.
    • Qualitätsprüfung: Du kontrollierst Texte, Bilder und Multimedia‑Inhalte nach definierten Richtlinien und sicherst ein durchgängig professionelles Erscheinungsbild.
    • Community Management: Du betreust unsere Community in einem verbindlichen, professionellen Ton und gibst Rückmeldungen systematisch weiter.
    • Performance‑Monitoring: Du führst regelmäßige Analysen und Reportings durch, dokumentierst Ergebnisse nachvollziehbar und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge ab.
    • Trendbeobachtung mit System: Du identifizierst relevante Social‑Media‑Trends und prüfst, welche Ideen realistisch in unsere Prozesse integrierbar sind.
    • Strukturiertes Anzeigenmanagement: Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Anzeigenformate – mit Fokus auf Umsetzung und Machbarkeit.
