Description
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget allocation, and procurement of materials or services, to ensure optimal utilization and costeffectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings, workshops, and presentations, and facilitate decisionmaking processes to drive project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, promoting learning, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with company's management in order to effeciently provide a service approriate to the requirements of the client/ future client.
  • Prepare business proposals and short business plan/ study for clients in accordance to their expansion plan.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, google drive, canva, etc.
  • Must have strong knowledge in different facets of management consulting, services such as but not limited to market study, mystery shopping, business planning, organizing business meetings, supporting and organizing of delegations, etc.

Pay:
AED7, AED12,000.00 per month
