The Customer Analytics Associate role is to plan, coordinate, supervise and above all implement activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and
analytics.

The Customer Analytics Associate is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports, dashboards, cubes and
data warehouse.

This role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, diligent, and sharp
analytical mind.

Must have exceptional Dashboards / reports building and maintaining experience, an enterprise with data warehouses along with the right attitude and excellent customer facing skills.


Main Skills:


  • Demonstrable strong
    data analysis and
    data mining skills (SQL and DAX) (retail more prefarebale, but any background is good)
  • Strong
    data visualization skills using Power BI
  • Strong integration skills using SSIS
  • Strong
    analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience managing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure to help scale reporting needs while maintaining highperformance environment for reporting
  • Understanding of reporting, business and customer intelligence best practices
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of data governance best practices
  • Experience using
    Big Data tools (e.g. Kafka, S3, data lake, Python, R) is a plus.
  • Demonstrate experience working on consumer and transactional datasets with history of managing various analysis such as: audience segmentation, loyalty, CLV, seasonality etc. is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business or similar
  • Experience in similar positions / doing similar tasks 03 years.
  • A mastery of Business Intelligence concepts and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
