Job Description

• One of the regions leading distributor and retailer for mobile phones, mobile accessories and PDA's is looking for a Project Manager to assist with the building and renovations of new sites.
• The successful candidate will be directly responsible for project management of all new building sites and renovations of these sites; they will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with company standards and procedures.
• Successful candidate will hold either a bachelor's degree in engineering or similar qualification as well as have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex, construction/ interior design projects.

25,000 AED package (NEG)Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the project runs smoothly, within budget and time frames, whilst adhering to company standards and procedures.

Some of their responsibilities include conducting departmental meetings, adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS), reviewing KPI's on a regular basis and communicate effectively both with internal team members as well as with external suppliers or vendors.

Over 8 years of Projects experience with minimum 5 years in a managerial position is preferred as well as some experience with design and show room fit outs.
