Description

• Manage the day to day web development activities of the organisation
• Analyse and forecast development requirements to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decision making (software/hardware/platforms)
• Responsible for the businesses internal and external development resources, India/UAE and elsewhere as required for on going software projects
• Ensure that all customer development projects, systems and procedures comply with regulations, security principles and standards (internal and external)
• Provide technical expertise to enable organisational improvements to be made
• Act as an escalation point for significant and complex Development issues acting as liaison with senior management within the organisation
• Build Business Partner relations (e.g. Zoho, Stripe, Adobe) with colleagues to achieve company objectives
• Develop and implement improvements to service delivery and process based on planned internal work flows
• Maintain training and certification as required for all team members

• Prepare Company to undergo external expansion, offering new products and services including, but not limited to: Zoho Deluge Scripting, Zoho CRM/Books/Bookings/Survey configuration, Java, PHP, Wordpress setup and configuration
• Support Zoho development for new customer strategy as required on a project by project basis
• Complete Zoho partner status for the company
