We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive (preferably female) to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Tele sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and expanding our customer base through phone-based interactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their real estate requirements, and offer suitable property solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/Real Estate Agencies with the aim of generating leads and identifying real estate opportunities.

Build rapport and engage in active listening to understand clients' real estate needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.

Present and promote relevant properties and real estate solutions to potential clients in a persuasive and informative manner.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property listings, pricing, financing options, and market trends.

Effectively manage and update customer information using our CRM system to ensure accurate records of interactions and progress.

Collaborate with the sales team, brokers, and other departments to coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings.

Stay informed about the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to remain knowledgeable and confident in sales pitches.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.

Knowledge of real estate principles, property types, financing options, and market trends will be advantageous.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or relevant sales roles.
