Job Summery:


As a client relationship executive you will be responsible for increasing the company's current customer base, identify and qualify new prospects and expand current customers by raising awareness of the company's services.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming calls and potential customer inquiries, and qualify leads.
  • Approaching prospective customers to build rapport.
  • Building communication bridge between sales team & marketing department.
  • Coordinate with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
  • Report on potential customers, qualified leads, and the quality of leads received by the marketing department.
  • Researching the competitors and devising plans accordingly.
  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain the company's presence.
  • Conducting indepth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements.
  • Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
  • Advising customers on costeffectiveness.

Job Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years UAE experience as a relationship executive, ideally in business setup and public relations services
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, communication, or any related field
  • Excellent Telephony, Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in English, both spoken and written

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Relations: 2 years (preferred)
